FORTEY Hazel Passed away suddenly but peacefully aged 84 years on 7th April 2021. A beloved Wife of the late John, a much loved Mum of Keith, Colin, Nigel, Andrew and Steven, a loving Mother in Law. A proud Nana, Nanny, Mum's, great Nana and great Nanny and a very special Friend. A private Service to take place due to current restrictions at Hereford Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, for St Peters Church, Withington or St Michael's Hospice may be sent c/o F.W. Spilsbury Funeral Director, 12 Upper Howsell Road, Malvern, WR14 1TL.
