OWENS Howard Sparey of The Moor Farm, Presteigne Passed away at home on Monday 22nd March 2021, aged 80 years. Much loved husband, father and grandfather The funeral service will take place at Presteigne Baptist Chapel on Wednesday 7th April at 2pm. Due to current circumstances, the funeral will be by invitation only. Family flowers only, please.
