PAMELA ANN JONES Died peacefully at St Michael's Hospice on Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 aged 74 years. Loving Wife of Maurice, Mother to Neil and Louise and Nanny to Poppy and Teddy. All her Friends and Family will miss such a big heart. A private Family Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium, followed by an Interment of ashes in the Cemetery. Donations in memory of Pam are for St Michael's Hospice who took great care of her in her final days. Please send these directly to the charity.
