DAVID PERCIVAL HEGGIE Of Ross on Wye, aged 67. Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020. Adored Husband of Sally, amazing Father to James, Kathryn, Chloe and Alex. Epic Grandad to Matilda. An incredible human being. A private Cremation will take place on Wednesday, September 9th followed by a private Wake due to Covid-19 restrictions.
