JOAN COTTON Of Welsh Newton Common (Postmistress) Peacefully passed away at home on 8th March, aged 66 years. Much loved Sister of Ralph, Glyn, Philip, Roy and the late Joyce. Funeral service at St Mary's Church, Welsh Newton on Tuesday, March 26th at 2.00pm followed by interment in the Churchyard. By request, family flowers only. If desired, donations in lieu for St David's Hospice Care and The Friends of Monnow Vale may be placed in the donations box at the Church, given online at www.ernest-heal.co.uk or sent to Ernest Heal & Sons Funeral Directors, Chippenham Funeral Home, Howells Place, Monmouth NP25 3ED.
