A MET Office weather warning is in force for Herefordshire today as Storm Jocelyn hits the UK.
Hot on the heels of Storm Isha, which brought travel chaos to the county as it felled roadside trees at the weekend, Storm Jocelyn is set to bring more strong winds to Herefordshire.
A Met Office yellow warning for wind will come into force in the county at noon today (January 23), remaining in place until 3pm tomorrow.
Weather warning
The Met Office said a spell of strong winds associated with Storm Jocelyn is expected to develop across the region during Tuesday afternoon.
Winds will peak overnight into Wednesday morning, before easing for most by midday on Wednesday.
Winds are likely to remain strong to the north of the UK until early afternoon on Wednesday.
