FORMER Greyhound player Izzy Noel-Smith came off the bench as England reached the Women's World Cup Final tonight.
England, the defending champions, beat France 20-3 and will now face New Zealand in Saturday's showpiece.
Noel-Smith, who plays for Bristol, replaced Marlie Packer just past the hour mark as Victoria Cornborough's try put England 11-3 up.
