THE county rugby teams who play in the Midlands leagues have found out who they will face next season.

Joining Hereford in Midlands 1 West are Bromsgrove, who finished bottom of National Three South West last season.

Derbyshire outfit Melbourne also join the fray after topping Midlands 2 East (North), while Lutterworth, who are from Leicestershire, move across from Midlands 1 East.

The other new teams are Stourbridge Lions and Camp Hill, who claimed promotion from Midlands 2 West (North) and Rugby Lions, who won Midlands 2 West (South).

Hereford start their campaign with a home game against Stoke-on-Trent on September 2 before a trip to Stourbridge Lions follows.

The Wyesiders' first match against rivals Worcester will be on November 4, with the return match on March 3.

Their final game will be away at Stoke on April 21.

Bromyard move up to Midlands 3 West (South) following their promotion and will forward to local games against Ledbury next season.

Those matches will take place on October 21 and February.

Midlands 5 West (North), meanwhile, has one more team next season, which includes Greyhound.

The Hereford-based team will be looking for promotion after just missing out last season.

They start off with a home game against Stoke-based Linley & Kidsgrove on September

Midlands 5 West (North); Bishops Castle, Chaddesley Corbett, Gnosall, Greyhound, Linley & Kidsgrove, St Leonards, Stourport, Warley.
