HEREFORD Tae-Kwon Do Club had some fantastic results at the British Championships held in Birmingham.
The Tae-Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB) hosted the event, which is the largest national championships, with guests from Poland and the Netherlands.
Jo and Charlie Canton-Smith came a way with four bronze medals and a gold between them, in individual and team sparring, with Jo battling back from a knee operation.
Oskar Domanski also won gold in both the hand and leg power test, while Laura Rsckauske claimed a silver in ladies sparring and Ben Hargreaves a bronze, narrowly missing out to the current two-time world champion.
Hereford Tae-Kwon Club train at Hereford Leisure Centre on Sundays and Wednesdays.
