- HEREFORD will be looking for a response to a run of three league defeats on the bounce when Southport visit Edgar Street this afternoon.
- After Monday's humiliating 4-0 defeat at Tamworth the Bulls have made changes to their squad.
- Former Portsmouth defender Paul Downing has joined the Bulls after Kyle Howkins went off injured in the defeat.
- Also joining the Bulls on a one-month loan from Solihull Moors is winger Kian Ryley.
- To make room for the arrivals both Dylan Barkers and Stanley Obinna have left the club.
- Hereford's seven points won so far all came in the opening three games which was followed by three straight defeats.
- Southport have picked up a single points from their opening six games.
- Five defeats and one draw sees the Sandgrounders sit bottom after six matches.
- However, new manager Jim Bentley will be hoping to change their league form.
