HEREFORD 2nds drew 3-3 against Bourton & Sherborne in a rearranged Severn Division 1 match.

The city side earned a number of penalty corners during the early stages, with good link-up play between Di Feely, Lucy Debenham and Ali Taft.

Kelly Higgins then put Hereford ahead before Bourton & Sherborne converted a penalty stroke to equalise.

Hereford started the second half strongly and regained their lead thanks to an excellent goal from Erica Rogers.

Back came Bourton though to level again before Di Feely scored with a flick shot.

However, Bourton scored again to claim a point.

The only other West Club's Women's Hockey League match involving a Herefordshire side was at Leominster.

However, they went down 7-1 to BAC in North Division.

In the South Wales League Premier 2 Division, Presteigne slipped to a 4-1 defeat to Whitchurch Saints 2nds.

Jess Goodwin scored Presteigne's solitary goal.

In Division One, Kington lost 2-0 to Dinefwr A'r Fro.

In Conference North of the GoCrea8 Hockey League, Hereford couldn't capitalise on their 7-1 win over Whitchurch as they slipped to a 5-0 loss to Swindon. In the same division, Leominster lost 3-2 to Devizes.

Ross-on-Wye are now third in De Cymru & The Marches 2 after a 3-2 loss to Gwent, but there was better news for their seconds, who hammered Yate 3rds 8-0 in The Marches 2.

In Marches 1, Hereford 2nds beat Gloucester City 3rds 4-1 and Leominster 2nds overcame Cirencester 3rds 2-1.
