GOALKEEPER Alex Harris has been released by Hereford.
Harris returned to the Bulls after leaving Gloucester City, but has struggled to dislodge Martin Horsell from the starting line-up.
“Alex has been patient since his return, and has had to watch the majority of the matches from the bench, however, he’s previously won league titles at this level and he needs to get out and play games for his own development," Hereford manager Pete Beadle told the club's official website.
“We had a chat after last night’s game and decided it was best if we let him go.
"We depart on good terms and I’d like to thank him for coming back and for his hard work and dedication in training and travelling each week.
"He’s a good‘keeper and we all wish him well for the future.”
