Garnons will host point-to-point this Sunday
THE Garnons estate on the Welsh border hosts Ross Harriers' point-to-point horse racing this Sunday, with seven races taking place.
Gates will open a few hours before the first race gets underway at 1pm, with racing occurring until 4pm.
The Timico Mixed Open and Jockey Club Open Maiden are the main attractions of the day, and with just amateur fillies and Mares on the card, the racing is set to be exciting.
Entrance is £10 per person, with under-18s getting in for free.
Car parking is also free, while dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on leads.
