HEREFORD will open their National League North campaign with a long trip to last season’s runners-up King’s Lynn Town on the opening day of the season (August 5).
The Bulls then host Darlington on Saturday, August 12, and Rushall Olympic the following Tuesday night.
The festive fixtures will see Paul Caddis side head to Gloucester City on Boxing Day and then host the Tigers on New Year's Day.
Concluding the season Hereford host Boston United on Saturday, April 20.
Hereford gave several trialists a chance to impress him during the second half of their 4-1 pre-season victory over Hereford Pegasus on Saturday.
Former Newport County defender Kyle Howkins is one of those who featured during the second half against Pegasus.
“He’s six-foot-five and a man mountain,” added Caddis. “Kyle has been out of the game for 18 months with a really bad ACL injury and it was a brilliant game for him to get back playing football.
“Hopefully moving forward we’ll see what we do. We are two or three bodies short.”
Hereford host West Brom under-21s this Saturday at Edgar Street.
