HEREFORD manager Josh Gowling says he is looking for one more addition after watching his side beat Kidderminster Harriers 2-0.

Winger Zeli Ismail left the club earlier this week to trial elsewhere and Gowling says that departure has freed up some money.

“Zeli has gone now which frees up a little bit for us," said Gowling.

“We’ll see what we need. Today if the lads are like this then you don’t really need to bring anything in do you?

“I think we need one more addition for sure. I’d like a couple more but the money is not there. We will use a little bit of Zeli’s money and see what we can do.”

Goals either side of half-time by Jaanai Gordon and Tom Owen-Evans sealed Hereford’s first win in five league games but drew them within three points of the play-off positions.

“The reality is we’ve lost to first in the league, second and Southport who are on an 11 game winning streak,” added Gowling.

“And we’re frustrated which is a good thing. Today the big thing was taking the opportunities and we did that.

“We know where we are as a squad. We’re a working process but also know how good we can be.”
