“It’s pleasing but we’ve got a lot of work to do, said Gowling talking to Keith Hall.

“We train twice a week but we work hard. Guiseley were a good side and better than a lot of teams we have played.”

Guiseley were awarded a penalty nine minutes from time by referee Paul Brown for a handball by Ryan Lloyd.

Gowling felt it was not a penalty and said so did the Guiseley staff.
