A JUNIOR golfer is proving her talents by coming away with a medal haul from recent events.
Burghill Valley member Ella Ashton finished in first place at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Girls 9-hole competition for 36+/non-handicaps at Moseley Golf Club in July winning the Mary Fisher Rose Bowl.
Throughout July and August she competed on the Herefordshire and Shropshire PeeWee Tour, playing in the under-13 girls category at the age of 10.
Ashton won all four tour events held at Oswestry GC, The Grove, Market Drayton GC and Shifnal GC resulting in her becoming Tour Champion.
She is currently working towards obtaining her handicap and is looking forward to continuing to develop and improve her game.
