The signing of the 31-year-old was confirmed last week against AFC Telford United.

HEREFORD FC NEWS:

However, the club were told that he was not legible to play against Spennymoor on Saturday.

"I'm not sure actually why he couldn't play," said Bulls assistant manager Steve Burr after the 2-0 defeat.

"Some administration error with it, maybe not an administration error, there is some problem with Krystian at the moment.

"We're speaking to the FA and the PFA about it. We had geared for him playing today and then we were told on Friday that he wasn't allowed to play.

"It's out of our hands a little bit and hopefully he'll be available for the next game.

"It's really very disappointing."

The Bulls have picked up just two points from five league games and conceded eight goals.

"We lost Jamie Grimes obviously in the summer and we've just not replaced that hole yet," added Burr.

"You want the people who are picked to do a job and say that shirt is going to be mine, we've struggled in that area at the moment.

"It's collectively, we defend as a team and attack as a team."
