HEREFORD manager Josh Gowling said he was frustrated that his side conceded three “poor goals” in their 4-1 defeat to AFC Fylde.

“First of all to give credit to them, I thought they were an excellent side, full-time and they are a decent side,” said Gowling talking to Keith Hall.

“But you look at three of their goals and they’re pretty poor to be honest. The first one we’ve got to do better with the free-kick and then Mitch (Hancox) has hung on the ball too long.

“We spoke at half-time about getting the next goal, getting back into the game and they come around the side cut back and score which is frustrating.

“We go and score and they go and score straight from the re-start with is frustrating.”
