Ryan Lloyd, aged 27, signed last season with the former Port Vale midfielder making 13 league appearances and nine cup appearances.
The duo join Tom Owen-Evans and Luke Haines in having agreed deals for next season.
Speaking about the news, Bulls boss Josh Gowling said: “People don’t see the work that Jared puts in on training pitch, he leads by example and he’s a really positive influence in the dressing room.
"He was one of the first that we wanted to get sorted and I’m delighted that we’ve got him here for another season.”
Talking about Ryan Lloyd, Gowling added: “The work Ryan does out on the pitch goes by very much unnoticed by some people, but he’s been a key part of our side of the last season. "He can cover a number of positions and his work ethic is unbelievable. His fitness levels are really impressive and he’s another player who is a great character to have around the place.”
