BROMYARD Town are holding a trials day on Saturday in preparation for having an under-19 team to play in a floodlit league next season.

The open training session is for all players that are interested in joining the side for the new season.

The session will be held at Delahay Meadow on Saturday (May 22) starting at 11am.

A statement on the club's website said: "The under 19s side is a great step for the club and see it as a massive opportunity for players to join our highly ambitions club, looking to progress into first team football.

"The side will be fully supported by the first team and a vital addition to our future.

"The session will be held at the ground with the new management team involved, along with the first team management and coaches."

To be eligible for this side all players must be under the age of 19 come September 1st 2021.

Players are required to bring boots, their own drink and have no Covid-19 symptoms.

l Hereford FC are adding an under-18 Saturday team to their programme next season.

The team will consist of players aged between 16 and 18 years old who will have the chance to compete in the Sporting Touch Midland Junior Premier League next season. See the Hereford FC website for more information.
