GRIMSBY Town manager Paul Hurst has given an update on the possibilities of Giles Coke and Lenell John-Lewis joining his struggling League Two side.

Hurst spoke to Grimsby Live during a press conference ahead of the weekend HERE

He confirmed that he would be speaking to Coke later today and would ‘likely make a decision on whether to sign the midfielder or not’.

Coke has been training with Grimsby over the last two weeks and missed Hereford’s last game at Stamford in the FA Trophy.

Lenell John-Lewis has also been rumoured to be linked with joining Hurst, who he played under at Shrewsbury Town.

Speaking about John-Lewis, Hurst said: “Nothing’s changed on that front.

“He’s not the one I’m speaking about, or a player that I’m in dialogue with, so that’s as it was really.”
