AFC Telford United have requested that their match against Hereford FC is postponed 24 hours until Wednesday (December 2) to allow ‘both sets’ of fans to attend.

This follows the news that both AFC Telford United and Hereford have been placed in Tier 2 areas allowing a maximum of 2,000 supporters (or half a club’s capacity, whichever is lower) to attend matches.

A statement from AFC Telford United on Twitter said: “We can confirm we have contacted both the National League and Hereford FC to request that next Tuesday’s fixture will be pushed back 24 hours to Wednesday (December 2) to allow both sets of supporters to attend #LetFansIn.”
