HEREFORD FC fans ‘are not allowed’ to attend their Emirates FA Cup third round qualifying clash with Stafford Rangers.

The hosts have opened sales for the ‘all ticket’ clash on Tuesday (October 13).

A statement on the Stafford Rangers website said: “Under the latest current FA protocol, NO AWAY fans will be allowed.

“If any away fans try to buy tickets and are identified as such the ticket will be cancelled and refunded.

“The FA Cup protocol states ‘both clubs shall ensure that they do not allow, permit, encourage or facilitate spectators of visiting clubs access to any area of the ground on match day.

“Both Hereford and Stafford take this responsibility seriously.

“On match day should any person who is identified as an away fan attempt to gain access with a ticket they will be denied entry and no refund given.”
