HEREFORD Dynamix gymnasts who impressed to qualify for a national trampoline, tumbling and double mini trampoline event saw the finals cancelled due to Covid-19.

In early March, 14 members of the Hereford club achieved qualification and reserve status for the National Development Plan (NDP) individual and team finals.

Unfortunately the annual event, which was due to be held at the Utilita Arena Birmingham on June 6 and 7, had to be cancelled with the number one priority being to safeguard members and their families.

The competition would have seen the country's top trampoline gymnasts descend upon the arena to perform a variety of exhilarating runs, passes and routines.

The coaches at Hereford Dynamix would like to congratulate their gymnasts for reaching the final, which is the pinnacle of their competition calendar.

Members were due to form part of the West Midlands Regional NDP squad, recognising all of their determination and enthusiasm that helped them achieve qualification.

"Whilst the club's training centre is temporarily closed, staying active at home will help keep up fitness and your time will come to shine again," said the club's coaches.
