HEREFORD United Supporters' Trust members are set to meet later this month to discuss the group's relationship with the club.

Club chairman Andrew Graham yesterday called for an emergency general meeting, following a breakdown in communication between the Hereford FC board and HUST.

HUST have now called a special meeting for its members on June 22.

A statement said: "To Members of Hereford United Supporters’ Trust: Under Section 31 of The Constitution, The Board of HUST hereby give notice of a Special General Meeting to be held on Monday, June 22, 2020, or as soon as practicable thereafter, subject to Government restrictions on public gatherings, at The Richmond Club, Hereford, commencing at 7.30pm with the following Agenda items:

  • To receive reports and recommendations or ratifications of the following items:
  1. HUST relationship with HFC
  2. The position of HUST Nominated Directors

"A full copy of resolutions and proxy voting arrangements will be distributed 10 days prior to the date of the meeting.

"Only current members at the time of this calling notice, over the age of 16 may vote at this meeting."
