FORMER Hereford FC striker John Mills has been released by Banbury United after scoring nine goals in 48 appearances for the club.
The 29-year-old scored 140 goals in three seasons during his time at Edgar Street before leaving after refusing a contract offer in June 2018.
He subsequently joined Bath City but struggled to find a place in the side of the National League South side and was loaned out to Banbury and also Westfields.
Mills left Bath in the summer and joined Banbury permanently but has now been released.
