BARTESTREE Ladies have folded and removed themselves from the Midwest Counties Female League.
Last season the club finished ninth winning eight of their 22 matches.
However, they were deducted points for failing to fulfil fixtures.
A message of the club's twitter page said: "It is with great sadness that the ladies team have had to fold this season.
"I just want to say a massive thank you to all the players and the supporters over the years. We've had many great memories over the years #upthetree."
