ST Mary's RC High School will represent Herefordshire at the regional rounds next year after being crowned Under-16 School County Netball Champions.
The team won all their games in their pool before facing Hereford Cathedral School in the semi-finals, which they won 5-4.
Throughout the whole tournament St Mary's showed great composure and resilience, no more so than when they found themselves 3-0 down at half-time in the semi-final.
However, the youngsters dug deep and produced an outstanding second half to come back into the match.
This set-up a clash with Wigmore in the final, which they secured a 7-4 win.
St Mary's have more reason to smile as their under-14 team finished runners-up in their equivalent tournament so will join the under-16s at the regionals.
