- The Bulls probed from the outset and academy player Morgan Evans saw his early header saved by Alex Russell.
- Tom Owen-Evans was next to test the Hinton goal with a powerful effort which flew over.
- Evans eventually broke the deadlock on the 24th minute with a composed effort from the edge of the box.
- The boot of goalkeeper Russell stopped the Bulls doubling their lead as he denied Ash.
- Moments later Ash was this time denied by the bar after linking onto a jinked ball into the box.
- Hinton were limited to few openings but Brad Matthews did see his powerful effort blocked by Rhys Davies.
- Jason Pope doubled the Bulls' lead on the 39th minute after charging into the box and firing home an excellent individual effort.
- In the second half the academy Bulls players again proved a handful with Ben Hopkins sending an effort wide before Evans blazed over.
- However, it was first team player Ash who struck a fourth, picking out the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
- The Bulls kept probing and Pope saw his effort blocked off the line before Jacob Jagger Cane was denied by Russell.
