- With their first break forwards Truro took a 10th minute capitalising on a Hereford error.
- A poor back-pass to Brandon Hall put the Bulls under pressure and City broke quickly playing through Ryan Law, who found the bottom corner of the goal.
- The visitors had a second goal with just 17 minutes played after a corner was headed against the bar.
- Amid a mass of bodies Niall Thompson was able to stab the ball home from close range.
- However, the Bulls pulled a goal back on the 21st minute when Jordan Nicholson's flick caught a hand and a penalty was awarded.
- Reece Styche made no mistake firing low into the net.
- After pulling the goal back Hereford started to make inroads and Jordan Nicholson saw an effort blocked.
- Loanee signing Peter Vincenti was next to test the City defence and beat the off-side trap before James Ward deflected his effort into the side-netting.
- City would have doubled their lead but for two clearances from Jordan Cullinane-Liburd off the goal-line moments before the break.
- Hall played himself into trouble after almost handling outside the box before releasing it for Niall Thompson.
- He chipped the goalkeeper but Gowling was on hand to clear the danger.
- The Bulls were level on the 52nd minute after Rowan Liburd pulled the ball down and found Jordan Nicholson who found the bottom corner.
- Substitute Liburd was causing the visitors problems and saw his looping effort saved.
- At the other end Thompson almost stunned Edgar Street when his 57th minute bullet strike from outside the box rattle the bar.
- The Bulls completed the come-back on the 69th minute when Liburd fired home at the back post after a free-kick was flicked on for the striker.
- After his earlier heroics Cullinane-Liburd was on hand once again to save the Bulls has he made a vital block to stop Luke Jephcott's effort.
- The Bulls completed the victory with a fourth goal in the 84th minute when Vincenti forced an initial save only for Mike Symons to bundle home.
- At the opposite end Truro threw everything forwards and Kieran Thomas was forced to make a goal-line clearance.
- However the game was put beyond any doubt two minutes from time with Vincenti scoring from the penalty spot after Liburd was bundled down.
