HEREFORD RFC have signed Denmark international Josh Jensen to their side for the coming season.

The former Swindon back has followed head coach Sean Lynn to join the Wyesiders.

"I worked with Sean (Lynn) before and he told me about the set-up and numbers and so I came down here and they're the really good group of guys really," said Jensen.

"I'll just bring that bit of experience really and a bit of talk and structure.

"I've gone past the days of being a guy to do it all myself."

Jensen hopes to continue playing international rugby while helping Hereford in their Midlands 1 West campaign.

"I'm still playing for Denmark and hopefully I'll see out my last couple of years hopefully," added Jensen.

"I've played for Denmark 34 times now and played for the Sevens for the last eight years now.

"The 15-a-side isn't the best and probably works out to be National Three but the Sevens is a high standard."
