MOTORCYCLE riders from across the country will be heading for Herefordshire once again this weekend for the ‘Ledbury Flyer’.

Ledbury Motorcycle Club will be hoping for better weather this Sunday (August 18), after having to cancel their last event back in June due to some very unseasonal wet weather.

This will be their final, all-action grass-track racing meeting of the 2019 season at the popular Sparrington Farm venue at Pencombe near Bromyard.

The event has attracted another big entry list with riders travelling to Herefordshire from York in the North right down to Guernsey in the South and there are plenty of local competitors to cheer on. Leading the local charge will be Tim Nobes from Aston Magna.

Catering for Youth, Solo and Sidecars categories there is going to be a big 57 race programme, with the action commencing at midday.

Admission charges are £12 adults and £10 concessions with all children under-16 getting in for free.

Organisers promise a 'great day out' at Sparrington Farm, postcode HR7 4SL.
