AN OLYMPIC pentathlon coach will be running a new Laser Run Club in Hereford.
The new sessions, hosted by Bernie Moss, combine shooting with laser pistols along with running.
They will take place on Mondays between 5.15pm and 7pm at Halo Hereford Leisure Centre.
The sessions are suitable for children aged between nine and 18, costing £12 a session.
The club will run during term time, starting on Monday, September 16.
Great Britain medalist athlete Jennie Meadows will join Moss for a running skills session on October 13.
The day between 10am and 3pm will be suitable for children aged nine to 18, priced at £35.
The day will include Pent-Active, laser shooting and running drills.
This is the first of a series of masterclasses organised by Pentathlon Hereford and delivered by some of the best UK sporting professionals.
