  • Hall was putting in another solid performance in the Bulls goal tipping Colin Odutayo's effort over after he got the wrong side of Jason Pope.
  • Mike Symons should have doubled the Bulls lead on the 68th minute, but headed a Jordan Nicholson corner at the goalkeeper.
  • At the other end Villa responded and a good phase of play resulted in Vassilev having an effort saved down low.
  • Hereford came close to a second goal with Jordan Nicholson having the first effort saved before Tom Owen-Evans has two shots blocked through a crowd.
  • Moments later Nicholson cut inside before seeing his whipped cross cleared off the line.
  • Symons went close again moments later but couldn't quite connect with a Rhys Davies cross.
