- It took until the 31st minute for a meaningful shot at goal when Yeovil worked their way through the centre before Matt Worthington forced a save from Brandon Hall.
- Hereford replied on the 51st minute when Rhys Davies' elegant lob found the run of Tommy O'Sullivan who dinked it past the goalkeeper.
- Jordan Cullinane-Liburd almost put the Bulls ahead after coming up for a corner the ball fell nicely for the defender who volleyed over.
- Yeovil looked just as likely to get a winner and a trialist had a free header which sailed just over.
- At the other end a quick Bulls move resulted in Kyle Finn running through, but he was denied by the legs of goalkeeper Stuart Nelson.
- Nelson was in action again moments later this time to deny a bullet strike from O'Sullivan which looked destined to rattle the net.
- Young trialist Liam Bishop was next to test Nelson controlling a long ball brilliantly before seeing his close range effort saved.
- His saves would become crucial as in the second minute of stoppage time a tralist took matters into his own hands beating several players before firing home.
