AN EVENING of motorcycle grass-track racing will take place near Bromyard on Saturday.
Ledbury MCC are hosting their second motorcycle grass-track racing event at their usual venue of Sparrington Farm, Pencombe, near Bromyard, HR7 4SL.
The unique meeting will start at 3pm in the afternoon and conclude before darkness.
And once again the Ledbury MCC have proved their popularity by attracting a bumper entry with racing for solos, sidecars, quads and youth competitors.
There will be a fair number of local riders from Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire in the line-up.
And proving what a friendly, family orientated sport motorcycle grass-track racing really is, the list of competitors throw-up several intriguing inter-family tussles.
One such battle for family bragging rights come in the GT140 class where Morgan and Julie Alexander from Dymock go head to head as does Kidderminster brothers William and Ethan Childe.
Admission charges for the event are adults £12, concessions £10 and under-16’s are free.
