BURGHILL Valley Golf Club welcomed golfers from across the county for their Ladies Charity Coffee Morning and Open recently and raised money in aid of Alzheimers.
Overall winners were from Burghill GC with a team of: Helen Broadbridge, Paulette Scholes and Glenda Sandford with 36 points.
Best visiting team was from The Grove GC and consisted of: Jane Lewis, Alison Parker-Morgan, Joyce Ingram with 33 points.
Best home team was: Pauline Smith, Jenny Lewis and Chris Thurgood with 36 points on countback
A total of £370 was raised for Alzeimers from raffles, a tombola and cake stall.
