The Midlands Football League Division Three side finished in sixth place this season.
They were also beaten finalists in the league’s Challenge Vase and reached the semi-final in the HFA County Challenge Cup.
Cadwallader broke the news on Twitter this morning.
Time has come for me to call it a day from managing @bartestree_fc it’s been a ball and I’ve made many new friends along the way. Thank you for your support over the last 7/8 yrs at the club.
