LADY Hawkins' School booked their place in the regional indoor cricket finals after being crowned 'County Champions'.
Five teams from four secondary schools took part in the Lady Taverners under-13s Indoor Cricket finals at Bridge Street Sports Centre in Leominster recently.
Bishops, Whitecross, Lady Hawkins’ and two teams from the Hereford Cathedral School played some excellent cricket showing a noticeable improvement in their skills as they progressed through the day.
Lady Hawkins' were unbeaten on the day and ran away winners.
Their closest match came from the eventual runners up, Hereford Cathedral School against whom they beat by two runs.
Lady Hawkins' will now compete in the regional finals being held at Edgbaston on April 29.
The under-15 finals are being held on April 2 and are between: Hereford Cathedral School, Bishops, Aylestone, Whitecross and Lady Hawkins'.
