LOANEE striker George Lloyd has returned back to parent club Cheltenham Town after being recalled for the second time this season.

The 19-year-old from Gloucester first arrived at Edgar Street in October and made 12 league appearances scoring twice before being recalled by Cheltenham Town at the start of 2019.

Lloyd was loaned back to Hereford in January and made seven more appearances scoring once.

Head of Football Tim Harris told the club’s website: “‘Lloyd has been great to have around, he’s always smiling, a real positive character and we all seriously wish him all the very best for the future.”

Harris added that the club would be looking to strengthen the squad.
