PREPARATION was key as Weobley High School saw their boys and girls teams come away winner's cups from the Herefordshire County School Games.
Four teams from the school including year seven and eight boys and girls had qualified in the top two for the Sportshall Athletics finals so were hoping to come home with a medal.
They made sure that they were fully prepared by carbohydrate loading the day before and being very hydrated on the day.
All four teams worked hard and their preparation paid off as the team won all four cups available.
