HEREFORD have signed former Shrewsbury Town midfielder James Wesolowski, who has made 140 Football League appearances.
The 31-year-old most recently played for Nuneaton after coming back from a serious knee injury while at Shrewsbury in 2016.
Speaking to the club’s official website Wesolowski said: “You know you’re going to get 100 per cent out of me.
“I’m going to go out on that pitch and give everything I’ve got. I think I’m a leader in terms of working hard, and I hope that has an effect on the other guys as well.
“I hope I can help the boys out. It’s just a case of maybe just having that savvy at certain times in games. You switch off for a second and you’re punished.”
Head of Football Tim Harris added: “James is the sort of player that we need, he’s very good in winning second balls and asserting his authority on the game.
“He’s got an awful lot of experience to ourselves so we’re delighted to get him over the line.”
