DROITWICH Spa Judo Kan's Megan Skillern secured gold at two tournaments.
She produced a strong performance in the last category of the junior section to win at the Bushi club’s 20th anniversary championships.
In the competition at Kingsbury Community Leisure Centre, Birmingham, club-mate Lauren Hall secured silver in the under 28kg section and narrowly missed out on gold.
Skillern also impressed in the Oxford Open at Didcot Leisure Centre with another determined gold medal-winning display.
Club-mate Heather Beard secured a bronze and Sophie Brown, in her second competition since joining Spa, did likewise despite being the lowest grade within her group.
