WELLINGTON Reserves made it two wins from two in the Herefordshire Premier and are the only team with a perfect record thanks to a Matt Williams second half hat-trick

Their 4-2 victory against Hinton looked unlikely when Joel Nichols struck after 25 minutes for the hosts before Brandon Jennings doubled their lead before the break.

The game changed in the second half with Williams netting three and Chris Bush helping their side to a 4-2 victory.

Ledbury Town returned to winning ways with an emphatic 5-1 victory over league new side Kingstone Rovers with seasoned winger Pete Jeynes and defender Mike Arlott scoring in the first half before Joe Bullock added a third followed by a Curt Williams brace.

Following their opening day defeat Westfields Reserves were once again tested by Shropshire side Clee Hill but ran out 4-3 winners.

Ben Thomas netted a brace for last season’s runners up while Oliver Smith and Ieuan Woodcock were also on the score-sheet for Fields.

Elsewhere Ryan Losito netted a hat-trick as Ewyas Harold recorded their first win of the season against Tenbury Town with Luke Price scoring a brace and Kiegan Powell the other during a 6-3 win.

Finally, Fownhope moved off the bottom after a goalless draw with Tenbury United.

Ross Juniors kick-started their Division One campaign with an emphatic 5-0 win over Bartestree Reserves with all their goals coming in the second half.

Mike Donaldson opened the scoring before Florin Crainic netted a brace while other goals were taken by James Reid and Paul Wooding.

Finally Weobley top Division Two following a 9-3 victory over new side Marden with Liam Watton scoring five goals while Jack Curtis netted a brace and the others from Zak Stannard and Paul Williams.
