HEREFORD Scrumpy Boys over 60s walking football team proved that age is no barrier as they progressed to the last eight of the National Cup.
The Hereford side will now represent the South West of England in the tournament following their latest qualifying round.
After comfortable wins in the previous round, they progressed with a 1-0 win over Weston super Mare thanks to a solitary goal coming from Chris Hills.
The club has been running for the last four years and play in the over 50 and 60 age category in both the Gloucester and Hereford league.
The club are always looking for over 50 and 60 players who can play at competitive level.
Anyone interested can contact the clubs Director of Football Mark Catlin on 07756 108501.
