JUNIORS members of Brockhampton Cricket Club have been given a playing shirt to represent the club in thanks to two new sponsors.

Level Peak Associates and Cotswold BMW Hereford have sponsored the junior sections which has allowed the club to buy playing shirts for every registered player from under-nine to under-15

Tracey Denny, Junior coordinator, said: “One of our Junior Committee members approached local businesses to sponsor our playing shirts this season. We are incredibly lucky that Level Peaks Associates agreed to be our main sponsor, with Cotswold BMW providing support too.

"We are also grateful to Clubsport, who have provided the new Gray Nicolls kit range this season.”

Brockhampton’s junior section is continuing to thrive with over 140 players registered this season, with nearly 30 taking part in the ECB All Stars programme, and approximately a third of the whole section being girls.

Nick Denny, Director of Youth Cricket added: “We are very proud of our junior section and we pride ourselves on the fact that we try to ensure that as many young players get a game as possible throughout the season.

"We have girls playing regularly in all age groups, and many youth players are now progressing into our senior men’s and women’s sides.”
