A HUSBAND and wife team led the way for Hereford Tae Kwon Do Club at an event held in Newport, Wales.
Jo and Mark Canton-Smith both won gold medals in their respective sparring divisions, coming out on top after some hard fought encounters.
Gintare Stockure also carried on with her good form, winning her third gold of the year following success at the Monmouth Club Championships and Midlands Open competition.
She has now won nine golds out of the last 11 competitions she has entered.
Another highlight for the club was Grace Harrison, who won her third consecutive leg destruction title in the black belt division.
Ben Hargreaves also came away with a silver in the black belt sparring and a bronze in the patters, while Oskar Domanski won a silver medal in both the patterns and sparring following only five months of training.
Jasmine Guama, Myni Mitchell and Maddison Amphlett all won bronze medals for individual sparring, then teamed together to just miss out on gold by winning a silver medal in the tag teams.
