STAFF from Primrose Hospice joined the national Dying Matters week to help people talk more openly about dying, death and bereavement, and to make plans for the end of life.
The event took place between May 14 and 18 throughout England and Wales.
Hospice staff were out in the community handing out leaflets and encouraging people to have those difficult conversations with family members.
