TOO MUCH: The overflowing bin at Old Powick Bridge, which meant our lead lketter writer was unable to use the dog waste bin
SIR – I am a responsible dog owner but on an early morning dog walk near Old Powick Bridge I was unable to use the dog waste bin (as most responsible dog owners do) because of the mess (see main picture).
I accept that the other bin is overflowing but I’d suggest that whoever is responsible should do the decent thing and take their rubbish home with them.
